3 missions every week
Work reviewed by a mentor
A report to parents every Sunday
Maybe he needs another reminder to start. Maybe he gives up when something gets hard. Maybe he has plenty of friends online and too few people challenging him in real life. He doesn’t need another lecture. He needs expectations he can meet, people who notice his effort, and opportunities to practice responsibility.
That’s what the Order is built to provide.
Take initiative.
Finish what he starts.
Grow through challenge.
Each week gives your son three different kinds of work. A mentor checks what he completed, and you see the progress.
Example week – missions vary by age and member.
Read a short passage on handling anger. Write about a moment you could have responded better – and what you will do differently next time.
Work toward an age-appropriate physical standard across the week. Log the effort and track personal progress.
Own family dinner for one night. Plan it, make it, clean up – without being chased by reminders.
His mentor reviews the submitted work, reinforces what he did well, and identifies what to improve next week.
Every Sunday, you receive a clear progress report: what he completed, where he showed growth, and what needs attention next. A specific conversation starter you can use at home.
Illustrative report – week 06
3/3 submitted / Follow-through / Lead again
Thoughtful Scholar reflection; completed a family responsibility independently.
Log physical practice on the day it happens.
Crowns earned for completed missions. Chain continued. Working toward the next Trial.
Ask him what he learned from taking ownership of dinner. Notice the effort, not just the outcome.
Illustrative example – not a real member report.
01
He joins a small brotherhood of boys in his age range, guided by a mentor.
02
One mission for his mind, one for his body, and one for how he leads at home or among others.
03
His work is reviewed; you receive a Sunday update.
04
Completed missions earn Crowns. Consistency builds his Chain. Effort, follow-through and Trials help him rise through the ranks.
SCHOLAR
Read carefully, question ideas, communicate clearly and build judgment.
WARRIOR
Train with discipline, know his limits, build resilience and measure progress against his own starting point.
LEADER
Keep commitments, speak with courage, contribute at home and support the boys around him.
Not a lecture to remember. A standard to live.
Your son grows alongside boys in his age range, with a captain among them and a mentor guiding the group. They encourage each other, take on responsibility and compete as teams.
The Order turns real effort into visible progress: points for completed work, a streak for consistency, and ranks he has to earn.
Earn Crowns
Completed missions earn points called Crowns. Extra effort and helping a brother can earn more.
Build his Chain
Completing all three weekly missions adds a link to his Chain. The aim is to keep showing up and following through.
Rise through the ranks
Every boy begins as a Rookie. Completed work, Honors and Trials mark his climb through nine ranks toward Monarch. Mentors confer each earned rank.
Earned milestones
Brotherhoods compete throughout the season. The leading team carries its banner into the Arena. Personal development is measured against his own starting point; team competition gives him something shared to work toward.
His Crowns, Chain and rank progress appear in your Sunday report.
Each year brings four seasons, each with its own unique theme. Weekly missions and team challenges build toward one Arena at the end of each season, where boys put their progress in mind, body and leadership into action. Then a new theme gives him a fresh challenge to work toward.
Families are invited to witness in-person events. Online members can participate in the weekly program from anywhere; in-person event attendance depends on location and availability.

“I was honestly worried about his friends. My son seemed more like a follower than a leader. Arthur completely changed that. He’s more focused on what actually matters for him now. I can’t thank Arthur enough. My son really changed for the better.”
Sonya, mother of a 14-year-old
“I wanted my son to be more confident in himself, more consistent in everything he did, and more respectful to the people around him, especially his siblings. All of it happened. We watched the change happen in real time, right in front of our eyes.”
George, father of a 15-year-old
“I look forward to the training and the talks with Coach Arthur and the other coaches every week. My favorite part is the activities they plan for us. They’re challenging, they’re fun, and they ask a lot from us in every way.”
Johnny, 13

AGES 14-18 · 12 WEEKS · BY APPLICATION
Four young men. A mentor who has built a company. A venture started from zero. Work toward building a product, winning real customers, making a first sale and pitching in the Arena.
Tuition and next steps are shared with accepted applicants.
A YEAR ALONGSIDE ARTHUR · TEN FAMILIES · BY INVITATION
A research paper or a major venture, developed over a year alongside Arthur himself. The Order’s premium offer for families seeking deeper involvement.
Tuition is shared privately, after a conversation.
The standard program is for boys ages 11-18. Boys ages 8-10 may be considered individually; please mention his age in your inquiry.
He does not need to be a natural athlete or an outgoing personality. Challenges are adapted to his starting level and personal progress is measured against his own development. Brotherhoods also compete as teams, giving boys a shared goal to work toward.
Weekly missions are designed to fit around school and sports. Some include short habits across several days. Local membership also includes a coached Saturday class. The exact commitment varies with the mission and age.
Missions and progress are managed in the Order’s private online community. Mentors review submitted work and parents receive Sunday progress reports. Online participation does not require living in Los Angeles.
Local includes everything in Online, plus a coached Saturday class and a monthly family Gathering at the Los Angeles program.
Mentors are background-checked, activities are supervised, and challenges are designed to be demanding without humiliating boys.
The current membership offer includes a 14-day full-refund guarantee. The team can explain the enrollment and refund process when you request an introduction.
